The facility at Skinny Boy is 100% clinically correct, and has been constructed to every standard imposed on the medical and dental industries.
Clinical environment consists of non-porous floors and counter-tops, decontamination equipment in reception area, individual examination rooms, stainless steel hand wash station with hands-free faucet controls, separate rest-rooms for employees and the public, and a state of the art bio-containment room.
The bio-containment room must meet it's own set of standards. Non-porous floor, stainless steel counter-tops and splash guards, clean/dirty separation and color indication labels, Exhaust fan over ultrasonic cleaner, and a autoclave/gas sterilizer.
Skinny Boy Tattoo & Body Piercing Clinic implement's all the above clinical standards. The clinic has 2 separate hand wash stations, and 2 separate rest- rooms to prevent the spread of germs from staff to clients. The entire facility is decontaminated with a germicide wipe several times daily to prevent the spread of bacteria and germs.
Remember that there are no laws, standards, or requirements of any kind imposed on the tattoo and body piercing industry in the State of Idaho.
